APS Help, User Management

As with all of Sirisha Global's Member Services areas, the APS is a secure environment with all communications facilitated through a secure SSL ((Secure Sockets Layer) connection used for transmitting private documents over the Internet.

In addition, each customer's information is segregated and secured; requiring login using a unique user id and password combination.

A prerequisite to a customer's signing up with any of our Member Services (Checkpay - Check By Fax or our Automated Preorder System (APS)) is that they be a registered user of our Sirisha Global Bazaar. The second step to using our secured Member Services functions is to register with the Sirisha Global Member Services system itself. This is a seperate system that requires the user to complete a two-step registration process;

Step One is to register your name and email address. This is only required once for all of the Member Services areas.
Step Two is to acknowledge the confirmation email that is sent upon registration to the email address entered in Step One. The email contains a confirmation of your user name AND a system assigned password that can be changed using the "Change Profile" link listed under the "You Are Logged In" module functions box in the APS Map.
