What is the Sirisha Global Automated Preorder System?
The Sirisha Global APS is a web-based system that automates the process of a customer's placing a product preorder with direct importer Sirisha Global.
Customers are able to:
- View Sirisha Global's product catalogs
- Make an associated list of desired products
- Submit a price quote request
- Review completed price quotes online
- Request a purchase agreement for a specific price quote
- Submit a secure online deposit for preordered items
- Receive online order statuses, including:
- When the order is placed with the supplier
- Expected ship date
- Expected arrival date
- Expected pickup/delivery date
Is the system secure?
All APS functions are user id and password protected, requiring an initial user registration step along with a subsequent confirmation request that is sent to the email address provided by the user at the time that they signup for the program.
In addition, all APS functions are performed via a secure SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) connection used for transmitting private documents over the Internet.
Financial transactions are part of the process, but the customer can elect to make payments:
- In person at a Sirisha Global Bazaar retail location
- Using Sirisha Global's offline Checkpay (Check By Fax) program
- By credit/debit card using a secure paylink
