How to get started:

If you have not yet completed a draft authorization form OR you don't have an open authorization on file with us please:

Download and print a copy of our Check Draft Authorization (PDF format)
Fill it out and sign it.
Fax it to us at 971-404-0824.
You will receive an email from us asking you to verify your information. You will be provided with additional help and instructions after we have received your confirmation.

Ready to submit a payment?

If you are ready to submit a Sirisha Checkpay payment (you either have a pending authorization OR have an open authorization on file with us) please login to our Checkpay members area here, where you can submit your check request.

You will receive email notification from us upon receipt of your payment request and we will request an email confirmation from you. Your payment WILL NOT be processed until we have received an email confirmation from you.

How Sirisha Checkpay works:

If you have selected a one time only charge on the authorization form, a check drawn against your account for the amount that YOU specify will be deposited into our bank account after our 5pm (PST) cutoff. We will fill the Sirisha/Ebay sales order referenced on your check request and will have it shipped within one business day of your check clearing, typically 1-3 days for in-state checks and 2-5 days for an out of state check.

Don't want to fill out/fax a form every time?

If at any time you decide that you would like the convenience of us keeping your signature on file for future purchases (eliminating the need to fax us a form every time) you can simply complete an "open authorization" with us (check the "This is an open authorization.." box on the draft authorization form) and specify a maximum allowable amount per transaction.By doing this you will only be required to fill out our draft authorization once. For your security you have the ability to specify an amount limitation on the authorization form and you can cancel your open authorization any time by contacting us via phone (Oregon 503-419-4148/toll free outside of Oregon at 800-285-9121), fax (503-214-5575), or via email at admin@sirishaglobalbazaar.com.
