The relationship that we have with our customers is of the utmost importance to us.

We have tailored our returns policies with the hopes that they reflect the respect that we have for you, our customer, and also that they insure a quality shopping experience with us every time you choose to patronize our online store.

We have a no questions asked returns policy.  If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, we will gladly accept a return from you for a full 100% refund of the purchase price; the exception being that there is visual damage or obvious signs of wear.

If you would prefer to exchange your purchase rather than return it, we will gladly cover the costs of shipping the replacement product (must be same SKU prefix ie. different size or color of same item) upon receipt of your original purchase and we have verified that there is no visual damage or obvious signs of wear.

If the reason that you are returning your purchase is due to an error on our part we will riemburse you for all of your shipping charges, both the cost of shipping the product to you and all costs relating to your sending your purchase(s) back to us.

We appreciate receiving returns within 30 days of purchase so that we can reintroduce them to the marketplace.  Refunds for items returned after 30 days from the date of purchase will be subject to a 10% restocking fee for each 30 day period beyond the purchase date.
