For over two years we have been taking small groups to SE Asia on our
getaway trips. We have a love for the region and truly enjoy
sharing this special place of the world with our customers.
We offer escorted tours that take all of the guesswork out of the
experience. We are there every step of the way, even before the
trip, to handle all aspects of pre-trip planning and to tailor
the trip according to the expressed trip goals of the group that we're
taking. Upon arrival in SE Asia we accompany our guests for the
duration of their scheduled time with us. We lead, guide and
assist so that our customers have the experience of a lifetime seeing
this wonderful part of the world.
A bit of background about us.
Siriluck Bouchard was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand and still has
family residing, raising their families and conducting their
business there. "Lek" (Siriluck's Thai nickname) has lived in
the U.S. for the last 10 years but travels back frequently for business
as well as to visit her family.
Shane Bouchard first traveled to Thailand in 2002 and has traveled
extensively in the Northern and Central parts of Thailand as well as South Vietnam.
Shane and Lek first formed Sirisha Global Import/Export Corporation, a direct importer specializing in products from
Thailand and Vietnam, in early 2004 and are currently still very involved in running an active import/wholesale/retail business.
Sirisha (Siriluck and Shane) started the SE Asia Getaway trips by
taking friends along with them on bi-annual buying trips and then developed the concept as a
business venture for people interested in traveling to SE Asia and experiencing the area as a "non-tourist".
