We are now offering Thai Style cooking
classes for private groups in the Portland (Oregon) Metro Area
Each class begins with a brief introduction of Thai food preparation
and a trip to a local Asian market to shop for ingredients.
By the end of the course all students will have had a chance to get
hands-on experience in the preparation of an authentic Thai meal.
Each session will cover:
Introduction to
Thai Style cooking.
Selection and preparation of
ingredients.
The actual cooking of an authentic
Thai meal, including 1 appetizer, 2 main courses, and a dessert.
Cost:
$35 per person
for 3 persons or more.
$55 per person for 2 persons.
(Please note that food costs are extra and will be between $8 - $15 per
person)
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit at least 3 days prior to the
scheduled class.
In the event of cancellation (attendee), a Sirisha Global Bazaar
in-store credit will be issued in the form of an in-house gift
certificate, good for any of our product and/or service offerings.
Class size:
To insure a great experience for all attendees we are keeping the class
size set at 2-6 persons.
Class length/times:
Approximately 1-2 hours at the marketplace to select ingredients;
approximately 3 hours meal preparation time.
Location:
Your place (free gift for the gracious host) or to be arranged.
Payment:
We can accept cash, personal check, credit card (at the shop or via
web), or check by fax.
